Leap & Loop Limited is company registered in Scotland under registration number 632842. When you access our website, choose to shop or use our services these terms and conditions apply. We recommend that you read our TOS’s (Terms of Service) before placing any orders on www.leapandloop.co.uk. You can also find information on our Help pages (which include part of these terms). These terms are updated every so often so we’d suggest you check these before choosing to shop with us.

Registration & Account

To use and shop on Leap & Loop you must register for an account. You are required to provide information about yourself that is true and accurate. Should any of your registration information change we ask that you change this on our account settings or email us at info@leapandloop.com.

To register and create and account you are required to make a purchase. The password you use to protect your account should be kept secure, you  must notify Leap & Loop immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of account. If you wish to register for our marketing, simply fill in email field found in the footer of our website to subscribe.

Should you have any issues or need any help with your account then please do not hesitate to contact us on info@leapandloop.com. Please note that we will only communicate with the account holder.

Placing An Order

To purchase from us you must over 16 years old, have a debit or credit card that we accept and be authorized to use that card I.e. the card is in your name or if you have permission to use it. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 16 years old.

Once you have placed you order, you should receive an email confirming acknowledgment of your order. This email is not acceptance of your order, but just a confirmation that we have received it. Your order is only accepted once we have approved your card details and debited the payment card.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract based on these terms will be completed once we email to confirm you that the goods have been dispatched.

To cancel your order you must write to us at info@leapandloop.com informing us of your wish to cancel your order.

We reserve to right to not accept your order in the event of, for example we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, shipping restrictions, the item is out of stock or doesn’t meet our quality control standards. We may also refuse orders if we notice any unusual activity or there are continued breaches of our policy.

Pricing

We try our hardest to ensure that all product, pricing and promo content is correct, however from time to time we may discover an error. In the case of an error, we will let you know as soon as possible to let you re-confirm your order at the correct price or the option to cancel. We are under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for an item that is incorrectly priced and reserve to right to cancel the order that has been accepted or is in transit. If we can’t reach you regarding a change in your order then your order will be cancelled. If you have already paid for your order then your order will be refunded in full.

Prices include VAT.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and any other methods which are clearly marked on our website. You can also pay with Paypal. Select this option at checkout to be directed to the Paypal website where you will log in and review your order prior to confirming payment.

You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is your or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the payment is refused by your card issuer Leap & Loop will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to ensure Leap & Loop is secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you have provided through accessing or ordering form the site.

Promo Codes

Promotional codes are non-transferrable and it’s up to you use the enter these codes at checkout. Each promotional code has it’s own rules which will be made clear at the time I.e what products, single use, when it can be used etc. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or cancel the promo code at any time.

Delivery

We try our best to meet all delivery times but sometimes there could be delays out with our control I.e postal courier delays, bad weather or logistics. We’ll try our best to keep you updated with your parcel location and you can track your parcels progress.

 The goods are owned by you when we have received full payment and we deliver the goods to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility of your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have assigned a recipient who is not you (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them or anyone else at the address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Leap & Loop.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from Monday-Friday. If you place an order between Friday 4.00 pm and Sunday then your order will be fulfilled and dispatched the following Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order within a short period of ordering. You cannot change an order – you'll need to cancel or return your order and then re-order.

To cancel your order you must write to us at info@leapandloop.com informing us of your wish to cancel your order.

Returns – Leap & Loop Policy

Returning your item couldn't be easier. Simply click onto our Returns & Exchanges Help Page and follow the instructions.
 
Everything returned within 14 days (from the day of delivery) will be refunded. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Leap & Loop. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
 
All items must be returned unused with all original tags still attached. All swimwear and lingerie bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
 
We may not offer a full refund if the value of an item is diminished by something you've done. For example; make-up/fake tan marks, lotions, glitter & items not tried on over underwear. Where provided, any Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
 
Exchanges
 You can exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the new item has the exact same product code as the original item you ordered. If you'd like to exchange for a different colour, the price of the new colour must be the same price as the original item you ordered.
 
To check if your new item has the same product code as your original item, simply view the original item you ordered and the selection of sizes and colours available will be listed in the drop down menu. We can only exchange the item if the desired size/colour is still in stock once we have received your return. If the size or colour you have chosen is out of stock, then a refund will be processed.
 
If you'd like a different item with a different code, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
 

Repeated Returns
  As a small business we aim to be sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible. We do monitor returns made by customers, so if we notice any unusual patterns or continued breach of our policy your Leap & Loop account may be closed or future orders rejected.

 
Faulty Goods
 Items are classified as a faulty if they aren't of satisfactory quality, as described or fit for purpose. Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Intellectual Property  Rights  & Content

Leap & Loop owned or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its website and its content. These rights are globally protected. All such rights are reserved. You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content for your personal use only. This includes all content such as graphics, photograph’s, image rights, sounds, music, video, audio and text on this site. You’re not allowed to any part of the website for commercial purpose unless you have our permission.  You’re are also not allowed to use Leap & Loop logo without our permission.

 Your Activity

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant of this site. You must not misuse or tamper with our website or other services (e.g. hack, introduce viruses or other technologically harmful material etc) or steal our customer’s data. Carrying out any of these activities may be a criminal offence and can conflict with how we perform and Leap & Loop, so we take this very seriously. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated TOS, we may deny you access to this site on a temporary or permanent basis. Leap & Loop will report any such breach of activity (including all those involved) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Your Rights

 You have certain rights under the law. In Scotland these include:

• That any product you order through this site will be satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and will conform to any description given on this site.
• If a product is proven to be defective - you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund (dependent on how long you've owned the item).

Nothing in the T&C's is intended to affect these rights. For more information about your rights please contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.

Third Party Sites

We may include hyperlinks on this site to other websites or resources operated by other parties other than Leap & Loop, including advertisers. Leap & Loop has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages, availability of such links, nor are we liable for the privacy practices or content of such website.

 Complaints

Sometimes things go wrong and you may want to reach out to us. If you’d like to do so, please email info@leapandloop.com so resolve any issues you may be having with our services.

Governing Law

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Leap & Loop website including our T&C's at any time. These terms and dealings with you are subject to the Scottish Law and exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

User Generated Content

We may reach out to you through social media if we love your style and we’d like you to be featured on our Leap & Loop social media channels. We give you this opportunity to feature your content on our social media channels by adding the required hashtag #leapandloop and by doing so you agree:

• We can use your content on leapandloop.co.uk and/or any social media channels we have (like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest etc)
• We can edit, crop, adapt, enhance or modify the content (in a non derogatory manner)
• That you have permission from everyone included in your provided content
• That you have granted Leap & Loop the above rights
• Are at least 16 years old

If you’d like any featured content removed, please do let us know and we’ll remove the content from the social media channels that we control.

You understand that the other users of these social media platforms can also share and make use of the content once it has been posted. Any user of these social media channels can take a screenshot, save an image to their device; share the content on their own social media accounts which feature the content (with sharing capabilities). If you do not want to grant the permissions set out above then please do not give us consent to use the content.
