Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the Collect Plus shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Print and attach your shipping label and return through your local Collect Plus store (open 7 days a week). Always retain proof of postage.
 

What is your returns policy?

Everything returned within 14 days (from the day of delivery) will be refunded. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Leap & Loop, if you return anything to us after the 14 days (up to 28 days), you'll receive a Leap & Loop Gift Voucher for the amount you spent. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

All item(s) returned within 14 days will be credited back to your original payment method. We’ll let you know once your refund has been processed, the time it takes to receive your refund depends on your payment provider.

All items must be returned unused with all original tags still attached. All swimwear and lingerie bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

We may not offer a full refund if the value of an item is diminished by something you've done. For example; make-up/fake tan marks, lotions, glitter & items not tried on over underwear. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Repeated Returns

As a small business we aim to be sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible. We do monitor returns made by customers, so if we notice any unusual patterns or continued breach of our policy your Leap & Loop account may be closed or future orders rejected.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the new item has the exact same product code as the original item you ordered. If you'd like to exchange for a different colour, the price of the new colour must be the same price as the original item you ordered.

To check if your new item has the same product code as your original item, simply view the original item you ordered and the selection of sizes and colours available will be listed in the menu. We can only exchange the item if the desired size/colour is still in stock once we have recieved your return.  If the size or colour you have chosen is out of stock, then a refund will be processed.

If you'd like a different item with a different code, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
