We try our best to meet all delivery times but sometimes there could be delays out with our control i.e postal courier delays, bad weather or logistics. We’ll try our best to keep you updated with your parcel location and you can track your parcels progress.

 The goods are owned by you when we have received full payment and we deliver the goods to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility of your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have assigned a recipient who is not you (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them or anyone else at the address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Leap & Loop.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from Monday-Friday. If you place an order between Friday 3.00pm and Sunday then your order will be fulfilled and dispatched the following Monday.
