If you’ve
requested an exchange you won’t be charged for delivery. Exchanges are sent
free by Standard Delivery.

We’ll let you know when we’ve
received your item for exchange and when your replacement exchange item has
been despatched. All exchange items are sent free by Standard Delivery.

If you have requested a
refund, you will be credited back to your original payment method. We’ll let
you know once your refund has been processed, the time it takes to receive your
refund depends on your payment provider. Delivery charges are non-refundable
unless the item(s) are faulty.

We’re sorry if there’s been
a mistake with your return. If you’ve asked for a replacement but have received
a refund it’s most likely due to your product being out of stock.

Yes, please just ensure you
fill in and include all returns slips within the parcel.

Everything returned within
14 days (from the day of return notification) will be refunded. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Leap & Loop.
All items must be returned unused with all original tags still attached. All
swimwear and lingerie bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without
removing the protective adhesive strip.

If you’re
returning your full order then we kindly ask that you include all packaging. If
you’re returning part of you’re order then you’re more than welcome to keep and
reuse or recycle your packaging.

We use cardboard boxes to protect your goods in transit
along with a biodegradable mailing bag to keep your goods watertight. All
elements of our packaging if not reusable are recyclable or biodegradable. Our
packaging is produced in an environmentally safe method with no harsh chemicals
or bioplastics being used in the process. As we’ve said before protecting the
environment, including the beautiful destinations you visit with your Leap
& Loop swimwear is crucial to us and we’re always searching for new ways to
improve our packaging.

We
do our best to reduce our Carbon Footprint as much as possible, therefore we do
not offer next day delivery. We offer standard delivery only, this means only 1
courier pick up per working day instead of multiple. We communicate the volume
of orders being dispatched with our courier so that the correct sized vehicles
and smartest routes are chosen to become more time and fuel efficient, but to
also reduce unnecessary runs.
