Complimentary Curves

We’ve been super picky with this edit to ensure that each chosen swimsuit shape, not only compliments your shape in all the right places but makes you feel sophisticated and confident. So, if you’ve got the curves, we’ve got the swimwear!
The Profile Pepita Peep swimsuit is as cheeky as it sounds with its thin peek-a-boo panel taking front and centre stage. The dark colour is lifted with a soft white leaf print that can either be styled for a glamorous poolside look or a chilled day at the beach. The structured panelling around the bust uplifts and supports so combining this with carefully placed ruching is a killer look. The first piece of ruching starts wider at the side of the waist and gradually gets thinner towards the navel whilst the second section sits neatly either side of the peek-a-boo panel - designed to draw the eye down and centre, emphasising your small waist and gorgeous curvy silhouette.
The Lace Up Indigo Escape swimsuit by Watercult, is an extremely popular shape. It’s highly versatile for women of many different shapes and we’ve yet to find someone who doesn’t suit it! Now you’ll notice the Lace Up shape throughout the Watercult collection in different fabrics, prints and textures as we simply can’t pick just one, but for this example we’ll be using the beautifully textured Indigo Escape Suit.
The suit’s scooped neckline offers great coverage over a fuller bust, it’s cut to fit neatly under the arms and is internally constructed with an elasticated bust sling and discrepancy cups which is why we recommend women up to a D/E cup give this shape a go. These features combined create a suit that uplifts your bust and shows off your waist. And it’s just a bonus that our chosen example is in a flattering geometric print – it pulls the focus towards its intricate yet bold pattern that will wow at all angles. Winner!

We understand that swimsuits aren’t for everybody, especially when you’re in a hot and humid country. The classic two-piece never goes out of fashion, is a little more practical to wear (yes, we’re talking about the toilet situation) and comes in so many style variations you’ll be pushed to find one you don’t like.  For this edit we’re highlighting the vibrantly coloured Beachlife Palm Glow Wrap Bikini. This two-piece is super flattering with its wrap front design across the bust. This detail when applied to any swimwear piece creates the illusion that your bust is smaller by pulling and twisting the fabric towards the centre of the silhouette. The matching fold down bikini bottoms offer medium coverage and what’s great about the fold down style is that you can adjust the height of the waist to sit wherever is most comfortable for you. If you’ve had a big lunch and feel a little bloated just fold it up and then fold down when it’s time to tan!

And to cover up? Well that’s easy- anything that draws attentions to your waist. This is the smallest part of your frame so it’s only right that you show it off. We would recommend a style like the Jets Finesse Kaftan that’s elegantly printed and has an adjustable tie or if you’d like something with a little more length try the Beachlife Pink Lilies wrap Dress. Dress either of these styles up or down to suit your occasion!
